First, try logging into the game again. If the issue continues, follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Completely uninstall the game from your system.
2️⃣ Manually delete the MadByte Games or Lokum Games folder located in the C: directory.
3️⃣ If possible, open Run (Win + R), type regedit, and in the Registry Editor, press CTRL + F to search for MadByte Games or LokumGames, and delete any entries you find. (Be careful—skip this step if unsure.)
4️⃣ Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp and manually delete any zula or zulasetup folders.
If the issue persists, some game files may be corrupted. Re-download and reinstall Zula. Before installing, disable your antivirus, as it may block certain game files.
