I Won a Code from a Live Stream or Event. How Can I Redeem It?

You can redeem the codes you won from our live streams or events as follows:

1. If the game is open:
   Click on “Buy/Load Gold” and enter your code in the “I Have a Gift Code” section at the top right to claim your reward without leaving the game.

2. If the game is not open:
   Visit the “Load Gold” page on the website and enter your code in the “I Have a Gift Code” section to receive your reward.

Remember:
You must claim your reward by logging into the game within 7 days. Rewards not claimed within this period will be deleted from the system.
