After logging in to our official website (https://account.playzula.com), complete all verification steps in the “Complete Profile” section and click the yellow button that appears to have your reward added to your account.

If you are in-game during this process, your reward may take longer to appear in your inventory. Therefore, we recommend not being in the game while verifying your information. If you are, please log out and log back in.
If you did not receive the profile completion reward, submit a support ticket.
