I can’t change my phone number / I get an error / I’m not receiving the code. What should I do?

If you want to change your registered phone number, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Log in to our official website at www.playzula.com using your username and password.
2️⃣ Go to Profile > Edit Profile.

🔍 If it says “Verification Incomplete” under your phone number:
- Click the pencil icon next to your phone number, enter your new number, and verify it via SMS.

✅ If it says “Verification Completed”:
- Click the pencil icon
- Click Send
- Enter the SMS code and click Verify
- After the page refreshes, enter your new number and verify it again

⚠️ Important: If you remove verification without adding a new number, your old number will not be fully deleted from your account.
