How can I fix mouse sensitivity and speed issues?

Go to Control Panel and click on Mouse. In the Buttons tab, adjust the Double-Click Speed. Then go to the Pointer Options tab and set your preferred speed using the Pointer Speed slider. After clicking Apply, test the speed. If it feels right, close the windows by clicking OK.

Additionally, in the game, go to Settings > Gameplay to adjust mouse sensitivity and mouse smoothing options.
